Delivering projects that make a lasting contribution to a community

WE ARE A BOUTIQUE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY with 20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING ACROSS THE RESIDENTIAL, RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SECTORS ON AUSTRALIA’S EASTERN SEABOARD.

Criterion’s three principals focus all our energies on the business: we own the company, we run the projects, and we have the skills and experience to act on ideas, assess opportunities and quickly determine the best way to optimise the outcomes. Working with specialist partners, we combine innovative design with rigorous management to deliver value at every stage of a project’s lifecycle.

Accountability

We deliver optimal outcomes from investment and development opportunities for ourselves, our clients and our partners, across three core market segments.

INDENTIFY

Through our targeted approach, understanding of the market and network we are able to identify and assess investment opportunities. We use a structured, objective assessment methodology, but we also have an innovative approach that allows us to fully harness the investment opportunity.

DEVELOP

Our approach with the development process enables us to work collaboratively with all parties involved to maximise development outcomes. In addition to maximising financial performance, superior development outcomes can also be achieved through other factors such as time, risk, design, marketing and delivery.

DELIVER

We believe a defined strategy and diligent planning at all stages of the project are the keys to successful delivery. From conception to completion, we implement the strategy with a focus on meeting targeted milestones, for us and our partners.

Our community

At Criterion we are proud to support a number of causes. Most recently Craig and John were willing participants in the Black Dog Institutes’ Mullets for Mental Health campaign. Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life – individuals, families, workplaces and communities. The Black Dog Institute conducts research into mental health issues in Australia and provides resources, education and support that will hopefully result in better detection and assistance for those struggling with mental health issues. To date Criterion has raised over $26,000 for the Black Dog Institute and plans to continue this involvement. If you would like to support us please click on link below.
